What exactly is magIA?
PRL COL's own artificial intelligence. It is not a chat bolted onto a website: it is the layer running inside the four products of the house — Dynbel, Glymdo, AcademIA and the SaaS Factory — anticipating risk, citing regulation, generating training and answering questions. The same one in all four, and what she learns in one she knows in the others.
Is it contracted separately?
No. magIA is not a module quoted apart or an integration billed at the end of the project: she comes included in every product of the house from day one. If you contract Dynbel, the SaaS Factory or any of the others, she is already inside.
What happens to my company's data?
It stays in your space. It travels encrypted and is stored encrypted, it never feeds outside models or mixes with another company's data, and neither PRL COL nor a third party reads it. Personal data is handled under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012, with the same guarantees as the rest of the platform.
Can it invent a regulation or a figure?
She is built not to. Every claim she makes cites where it came from — the figure, the source and the article's effective date — and when she cannot cite it she says so instead of filling the gap. That is why her answer works as a starting point for an audit and not merely as guidance.
Does it replace the health and safety officer?
No, and it is not meant to. magIA does the work that eats the hours — crossing data, checking due dates, finding the article, drafting the plan — so that whoever answers for people's safety spends their time deciding and being in the field. The decision still belongs to a person: she just leaves it prepared.
